KGH SOFTWARE

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Krishna Glass House ("Licensor") regarding the use of the proprietary software suite, including but not limited to the Invoice Generator, Stock Control System, Light Analysis Tool, and Admin Command Center (collectively, the "Software").

1. Scope of Software

The Software covered under this license includes the following proprietary modules:

• KGH Invoice Generator: Secure billing and taxation module (ino.html).
• KGH Light Analyzer: Photometric analysis tool (light.html).
• KGH Calculator: Price estimation engine (calculator.html).
• KGH Admin Hub: Centralized command center (admin.html).

2. Grant of License

The Licensor grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Software solely for internal business operations related to Krishna Glass House. This is not a sale of the Software; you do not own the source code.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights, title, and interest in the Software are owned by Krishna Glass House. The architecture, code structure, and UI design are the intellectual creation of the Lead Developer, Mitanshu Bhasin. Unauthorized reproduction is punishable under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.

5. Data Privacy & Local Storage

This Software utilizes the browser's localStorage and Google Firebase for data management. While we implement AES encryption for sensitive local data, the User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their device and access passwords (e.g., '2009').

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
