We do not accept any returns or refunds. Our work involves custom-made, cut-to-size glass and aluminium solutions. Once toughened glass or a mirror is cut according to your specific requirements, it is final.
If any damage occurs during installation due to our error, that is our responsibility. We will fix it. However, once the work is completed and you have confirmed satisfaction, any subsequent breakage is your responsibility.
After advance payment, if an order is cancelled, the advance amount is non-refundable. Our material purchasing and cutting process begins immediately.
