1. Custom Orders
Most of our products (Glass Railings, Aluminium Windows, Office Partitions, LED Mirrors) are custom-made to site-specific measurements. Once fabrication begins, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
2. Advanced Payments
Advances paid for site visits or material procurement are non-refundable once the site survey has been completed or materials have been ordered from the manufacturer.
3. Product Warranty
While customized products are non-refundable, we offer material warranties (e.g., Saint-Gobain/Modiguard glass, uPVC profiles) as specified at the time of purchase. Any defects in installation will be repaired free of cost within the service period.
4. Damaged Goods
If any material is found damaged at the time of delivery (before installation), we will replace it free of charge.
